I have PC System Essentials from HughesNet. I used on Windows XP now I'm using Windows Vista and every time I try to use it I get an error saying sever not found, is it compatible with Vista OS? I called HughesNet and they can't fix it or help me with this and they say it is compatible.

I've checked the official website and it appears that the software is available only for certain customers. This means you will have to log-in on the official website (posted below) to download the installer. It might be possible that you're using an old version of the software, therefore the errors related to compatibility.
When installing in Vista, right click the setup package and then choose Run as Administrator. This gives the software full access to install the necessary files and PC System Essentials needs it.
